This video will compare the Shimano Xt m8100 cranks to the Deore m5100 cranks. The Xt offer a direct mount sprocket vs the Deore's chainring only. I was fortunate to find these cranks on Facebook and took the chance and bought them as its hard to come across these Xt's new in a 170mm length.
