It was brought to my attention by Taylor Swift in my discord that there is a new 4 star legendary effect, "Charged," that you can get from the third stage of the raids (sigma squad). This effect was not mentioned in any patchnotes, whether for the PTS or the live game, which is odd, because now it just is. It is likely they will patch this soon, so if you want this cool effect before it's gone, now might be a good time to act!
