After the initial start, I balance the throttle body while using Tune ECU. Just making sure the intake vacuum is synchronized among all cylinders.
Please excuse not resetting the TPS sensor - seems like this video data is lost; I'll make a separate video about this (including basic Tune ECU operations) later in the tutorials
