Just before quarantine started, ZZ & I made a trip to our favourite freshwater fishing spot through the bush. After getting a lot of feedback from subscribers on how great wolf fish or guabine (wabeen) taste, I decided to keep the biggest one of the day to do a taste test for myself!
But before cooking it, I had to clean it and what I found in its stomach was a huge surprise! Make sure to watch through the video to see that.
After that, I took the advice of the subscribers and prepared it by frying it with a light flour coating. I brought my wife in for a taste test and we were both surprised by the result!
