In this video I'm sent to a sewage pump station that recently had a high level fault but did not notify the operators via the automatic call out system. They are using a Sensaphone Sentinel Pro auto-dialer. I run through checks confirming the wiring of all the float switches, test the input operation at the Sensaphone, test the pump operation, verify the wiring of the main control panel and test the operation of the standby generator and automatic transfer switch. Afterwards I consult the operator as to what choices they have going forward and what modifications could be made to improve the system.
