Gold Medal Objectives:
● Headshots - Kill 20 enemies with a headshot
● Time - Complete within 16:00
● Cha-Ching - Drop the gold onto the train within 30 seconds
● Accuracy - Finish with a shooting accuracy of at least 60%

This video shows how to complete all mission objectives on a single play-through, although the 100% completions are cumulative and the Gold Medal can be achieved on multiple play-throughs.
