In this episode we push deeper into the lower chambers of the Clîaban Rilag ruins, descending into a dangerous underground section packed with animats, narrow rooms, and brutal ranged threats. The fight intensifies as Adra Animats enter the battlefield—immune to piercing, heavily armored, and punishing careless positioning with devastating bolts. Every turn becomes a puzzle of damage types, spacing, and survival.

As the ruins reveal their ancient purpose, the party is forced into slow, methodical combat against vessels sustained by adra magic. Crushing damage, crowd control, and careful target prioritization are the only way forward, while the cave layout itself becomes an enemy. This episode is all about adapting tactics, reading enemy defenses, and surviving Pillars of Eternity’s turn-based combat at its most unforgiving.
