0:19:50 When I talk about coupling the Useful Man's Village Fair ability with his ability to reduce the cost of a purchase from the Builders' Market, I'm assuming he's being used in one way or the other. You can't use the Useful Man to gain an addition £200 in a Village Fair Round and later use him to reduce the cost of a Market tile in the same turn. That's because he's still sitting on the Private Study, and he's not in Available Service.
