Practice has deeply supported me in clarifying what it is that I need to care for myself, so that I can fill my own cup and let that overflow of care pour into others. Engaging in practice among community, particularly in retreat, offers a great opportunity to cultivate this self care.
I will be returning to the U.K. with two retreats next year: The Dharma of Spring Awakening in April and Autumn Moon in October. Will you join me?
