This video lecture is about the Addition and Subtraction for signed 2's complement data.
1) In signed 2’s complement representation, the leftmost bit represents sign (0 for positive and 1 for negative)
2) If sign bit is 1, entire number is represented in 2’s complement form

Hardware implementation for signed-2’s complement data addition and subtraction has been discussed. Hardware Algorithm has also been explained in detail along with Flow Chart. Two examples have been explained here.
