TOP 3 Neighborhoods to BUILD a NEW HOME in Chesterfield County

Chesterfield is a hot bed for new developments! In this video I am talking about the top 3 communities to build in Chesterfield County.

1) Magnolia Green: Magnolia Green is one of the fastest growing master planned communities in Chesterfield. This community has amazing amenities, championship golf course, walking trails, seasonal farmers market and more. The highlights of the amenities are the aquatic center with 5 pools, a snack bar and pirate themed playground. There is also a tennis center with courts and pickleball.
