Graveyard valley was the site of the last St'at'imc / Tsilhqot'in war.
Though peace had been declared in the 1840's, it wasn't until 2003 that the people officially buried the hatchet and collectively joined to honor those who had passed.
In 2007, the St'at'imc and Tsilhqot'in nations erected a monument in Graveyard valley, to honor the fallen warriors and declare their intentions to protect their lands from further development.
This film includes stunning cinematography of a breath taking landscape as well as footage from these historic ceremonies and interviews with elders from St'at'imc and Tsilhqot'in nations.
