五指山舰（the Wuzhishan ship）是中国海军装备的两栖船坞登陆舰。2022年1月31日(除夕)，应汤加王国请求，解放军海军五指山舰、查干湖舰组成编队，星夜兼程将1400余吨灾区急需物资全部及时送达。2022年3月21日上午，中国海军舰艇编队赴汤加执行运送救灾物资任务的两栖船坞登陆舰五指山舰顺利返回湛江某军港码头。

On the morning of March 21, 2022, the amphibious dock landing ship Wuzhishan, which was sent by the Chinese naval fleet to Tonga to carry out disaster relief supplies, successfully returned to a military port terminal in Zhanjiang.
