French Air & Space Force's Rafale Solo Dipslay during Athens Flying Week 2023.
The Rafale Solo Display team provides technical flight demonstrations for the RAFALE combat aircraft. The presentation is a sequence of aerobatics and combat maneuvers. The goal is to present the breathtaking evolution, rotation and acceleration capabilities of this Dassault Aviation aircraft.
The RSD is also one of the Air Force “ambassadors”. As such, in addition to making the French aeronautics industry shine, they represent France in all of their travels, especially abroad.
The 2022 pilot is Captain Bertrand Butin, known as “Bubu”.
