Porta Potties cause backup on I-35

Several porta potties fell off a truck on southbound I-35 between Wyoming and Forest Lake on Sept. 15. This traffic video, which is sped up, shows cars slowing down and the clean-up of multiple porta potties on the road and in the median. Here are the time codes:
