The OG Dragon Ball manga is being pulled from some shelves as comic shops self censor after the passing of Texas' Senate Bill 20 which states that kids or depictions of kids in NSFW circumstances could result in jail time. But would that include a 40 year old manga? Retailers aren't taking the chance.
