Over Chuseok, I had lunch at Signiel STAY, a Michelin 1 Star Restaurant situated on the 81st Floor of Lotte World Tower in Jamsil, Seoul. It was my second time eating here and this time was even better than the last. The breads and the dessert buffet were my favourite parts of the experience. Combined with the stunning view of Seoul from the 81st floor, great atmosphere and friendly staff, it's hard to beat.
