For today's session we worked on light distribution, dealing with high balls in traffic, and how to deal with slightly screened shots.
The first couple of activities were intended to get the keepers ready for shots and crosses with some simple activation activities before moving into bigger picture scenarios in goal.
The video has several coaching points dotted throughout based on what was observed during the session. As I am still getting to know the keepers and their tendencies to a greater extent each session, we can now tailor the sessions to cover everything that each keeper needs to work on in a group environment.
