Mental health problems don’t discriminate. 1 in 4 people will experience a mental health problem their lifetime which is why we want to encourage everyone to get 'Hats on' and outdoors for Mind.
As part of our #HatsOnForMind campaign, ambassador Julia Bradbury sat down with Dalia, a lived experienced Mind Volunteer. They discussed Dalia's experience with her mental health, the challenges she has lived through and how the outdoors helped.
