IMB Imaris Batch: Process and analyse multiple images automatically workshop
ACRF Cancer Biology Imaging Facility at the Institute for Molecular Bioscience at The University of Queensland, Brisbane, Australia.
Imaging experiments have multiple replicates for each condition and need to be compared to negative and/or positive controls. Imaris can apply the same image analysis to every image file in your experiment for consistency. In this webinar, you will learn:
• How to save creation parameters and re-use it
• How to build a batch pipeline, using “New Batch” or “Pipeline Editor”
• How to export batch results
• How to compare the results from different images in Vantage
