This is “peak week.” The week where I hit my biggest mileage, workouts, and long runs before I have to start tapering for the marathon. It can be easy to want to prove fitness, especially because the last 4 to 6 weeks have been consistent, but nothing special. I arguably had some of the best workouts of my career, and it honestly couldn’t come soon enough. I needed that little boost of confidence as I headed into the taper.
I'm excited to race my first Boston Marathon on April 21st, 2025. After a breakthrough year in 2024 where I made my first Olympic team and placed top 10 in the world, I have big goals for 2025.
