NEGATIVE affinity elemental bowgun????

I don't really have the explanation why it's more efficient. I've talked to master gunners about it and well - they did say single fire elemental at +1 recoil and fast reload plus bigger clip sizes will indeed beat rapid fire lbgs but I don't know....
