Guitar Licks to Inspire Your Solos (Pop-Rock)

Here are some guitar licks taken from my video “Guitar Solo Over a Pop-Rock Backing Track”, ideas you can adapt to your own solos.

You can learn them note by note if you want, but to really get something out of them I’d recommend focusing on the concept behind each lick, understanding what makes it work, and shaping it to fit your own phrasing.
I divided the phrases into smaller pieces so you can follow that idea more easily and make the most out of each lick.
