There’s a place in the Santa Cruz mountains where Giant Redwood trees stretch out to the California coastline of the Pacific Ocean. I spent a couple days solo backpacking the Skyline to the Sea Trail alongside streams and waterfalls and camping beneath Giant Redwood trees in the Big Basin Redwoods State Park.
