The Fimi X8 Mini V2. It's not perfect and the modes don't always work as you would expect, but they are fun to try.
Tracking in Lock mode does have some interesting possibilities. Try them - master them - use them.
Fimi still has a growing list of things to address on this one but for the price.. it is one of the cheapest full featured video drones out there.
