Shichimi Togarashi - Spice base for my ramen recipe

Shichimi Togarashi is a great spice base not only for your ramen recipes. It is also a great seasoning for your chicken, beef and poultry dishes. I have never tried it on lamb but I am sure it would also perform really well in any of those dishes. This seasoning is a little spicy but because you are making it you can control the amount of heat that you put into your recipe. I have posted links below for my zesting and dehydrating of my citrus. If you haven't seen those videos check them out as they will provide some information in the making of this recipe.
Ingredients:
2 oranges zested and the zest dehydrated
1 teaspoon Sichuan Peppercorns
1 teaspoon Black Peppercorns
1/3 cup Red Pepper Flakes
2 teaspoons White Sesame Seeds
2 teaspoons Black Sesame Seeds
1 sheet Nori
2 teaspoons garlic powder
Note: The zest of the orange will need to be dehydrated or it will not be shelf stable once combined into the other dry ingredients.
