Saturday the 4th of May I made the long journey from my home in Warrington to Tenby in Pembrokeshire on the south coast of wales , it was a hell of a trek from basically the whole length of Wales from north to south and a round trip in a day of 380 miles .
But I’m so glad I did it , it was my first trip to Tenby and it didn’t disappoint , Wales has some stunning countryside and pretty villages along the route , the people were very friendly and Tenby on the coast was the perfect venue for the National Rally , crystal clear water, golden beaches and a quaint town centre .
The actual custom show , trade fair , live entertainment and camp site was held at Tenby United RFC ground . Nice to see some familiar faces and leg shield banners from clubs in my neck of the woods who had made the effort to ride down . Well done to all the organisers of the Rally who made it such a success , you did yourself proud .
