Today we're playing Ramp Dragon with a focus on Fennie's Fanfare effect to half the cost of all the cards in your deck. Unfortunately, with a lack of ramp cards in the card pool, as well as the massive tempo loss you incur playing her, this deck sits at the bottom of the barrel and is considered the worst deck in the meta. That said, it's still playable and is pretty fun to play.
