In this video I wanted to go over why putting love into my home space feels like taking care of myself. I find that my living space often reflects my emotions and state of mind. Seeing it as a haven is vital for my sense of peace, and helps motivate me to put time and energy into creating a home I love. It isn't about what is literally in the home that makes it special, more the memories and experiences imbued within.
