Waking up in the middle of the night after watching a really bad sci-fi movie, Jerry writes something in the dark on a piece of paper which he can't decipher the next day at the cafe. George suddenly begins to feel pain and, believing it's a heart attack, has Jerry take him to the hospital. There it's revealed that George's tonsils have regrown and his adnoids have flared up, and so he has to stay overnight for surgery. Kramer, hearing this, suggests George consult a holistic therapist named Tor, especially since the operation will cost him thousands of dollars. Meanwhile, Elaine has the hots for the doctor in charge.
