✈️ Delhi to Almaty Travel Vlog | Complete Budget Guide for Indians 🇮🇳🇰🇿
Welcome to my Day 1 Vlog from Almaty, Kazakhstan!
In this video, I’m sharing my full journey from Delhi to Almaty with all the details you need if you’re planning a trip here.
✅ Flight:
We took Air Astana Airlines from Delhi to Almaty. It’s a direct flight and cost us ₹40,000 per person.
✅ Visa for Indians:
Good news! Kazakhstan offers free visa on arrival for Indian passport holders for up to 14 days.
✅ Currency Exchange:
We exchanged US Dollars to Kazakh Tenge at Almaty Airport — got a great rate!
✅ SIM Card:
Bought a Beeline SIM card at the airport for around ₹847 — good coverage for the city.
✅ Airport to City:
We took Bus Line 79 from the airport to the city centre — super budget-friendly.
✅ Hotel:
Stayed at Astana International Hotel, which cost ₹15,000 for 5 nights. Not my favourite hotel, but good for budget travel.
✅ What We Explored:
• Visited Republic Square, but it was under renovation so not much to see.
• Ended the day at Navat Restaurant, a famous spot to try delicious local Kazakh food.
