Mac Schwager (Stanford University): Game on! Game Theoretic Planning for Autonomous Racing
Mac Schwager received the B.S. degree from Stanford University, Stanford, CA, USA, in 2000, the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Cambridge, MA, USA, in 2009 and 2005, respectively, all in mechanical engineering.,He is currently an Assistant Professor with the Aeronautics and Astronautics Department, Stanford University. He was a Postdoctoral Researcher working jointly with the GRASP Lab, University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, PA, USA, and CSAIL, MIT, Cambridge, MA, USA, from 2010 to 2012, and was an Assistant Professor with Boston University, Boston, MA, USA, from 2012 to 2015. His research interests are in distributed algorithms for control, perception, and learning in groups of robots, and models of cooperation and competition in groups of engineered and natural agents.,Dr. Schwager was the recipient of the NSF CAREER award in 2014, the DARPA YFA in 2018, and a Google Faculty Research Award in 2018, and the IROS Toshio Fukuda Young Professional Award in 2019.
