In this video, my Korean twin guests finally try MONJA YAKI, a unique Tokyo dish they’ve been dreaming about.

A teppan master cooks everything to perfection, and the twins get to enjoy each dish at its best moment.
So how will they react to trying real monja for the very first time?

We start with a salad topped with Japan’s beloved ume-shiso dressing,
and also we enjoyed a fun twist — Tsukimi Mentaiko Yamaimo.
