Using examples from Noah, Lot, and the unfolding story of God’s covenant people, the sermon highlights patterns of human distraction and divine faithfulness. Drawing from Genesis, Revelation, Thessalonians, and other Scriptures, elder Jerry Dotson calls Christ’s followers to live with readiness, hold loosely to this world, and keep their hearts set on God’s kingdom, seeing His return as the fulfillment of His promises throughout history.
