Absolver is an action role-playing game that puts players in control of warrior characters called Prospects. The game's setting is the fictional land of Adal, where Prospects train to become Absolver peacekeepers. Absolver merges single-player, cooperative, and competitive gameplay within the same campaign, which is played from a third-person perspective.
