The Sims 4| What's inside?| Basement Treasures KIT

Basement Treasure can be used in so many different ways, literally for a basement of course is an option, but I'm thinking more along the line of either moving home build, or potentially and run down home that's turned intos swatters hideout, things along there line, these items can be used for so many things, so I'm not dissapointed in this kit.
Which is your favorite? Which is your least favourite? Would you get this KIT? Do you already have this KIT and was you disappointed with it? Or can you get excited for it?
