Black Women Are Frustrated With Black Men... The biggest threat to America is black unity within the households. In 2025 Black Men & Black Women are very disconnected from one another. This can all tie back to the "The "No Man in the House Rule" (or "Man-in-the-House Rule") this was a discriminatory welfare policy in the U.S. during the 1950s-1970s that denied assistance (like AFDC) to mothers if an adult male lived in or frequently visited their home mainly affecting black families.
