Hearing on proposed Ordinance rezoning one lot located on the northeast corner of Atlanta Highway and Wares Ferry Road from an O-2 (Office) Zoning district to a B-2-Q (Commercial-Qualified) Zoning District (aka 3701 Atlanta Highway). Restricted to a Boutique, Office, Educational Workshops, and Health Fairs. Applicant requested B-2; No appeal received. (RZ-2024-020)
11. Hearing on proposed Ordinance rezoning property containing 6.80 acres (+/-) located on the south side of Selma Highway, approximately 2800- feet west of Felder Road, from an AGR-1 (Residential Agriculture) Zoning District to an M-1-Q (Light Industrial) Zoning District (aka 6795 Selma Highway; restricted to TractorTrailer Parking/Storage and Office. 15. Show Cause Hearing as to why the Business License should not be revoked for Dhan Hospitality, d/b/a Suburban Studios Montg East I-85, 5115 Carmichael Road, pusurant to Section 16-101 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Montgomery. (5)
