Hearing on proposed Ordinance rezoning property containing 6.80 acres (+/-) located on the south side of Selma Highway, approximately 2800- feet west of Felder Road, from an AGR-1 (Residential Agriculture) Zoning District to an M-1-Q (Light Industrial) Zoning District (aka 6795 Selma Highway; restricted to TractorTrailer Parking/Storage and Office.
