5000m Rowing Machine Test Winter Benchmark | E6S7

Hello Youtubers! Welcome to episode six of season seven! Today I was supposed to be travelling up to Aberdeen and compete in the Aberdeen Head race but unfortunately with the weather predicted to create unrowable conditions the race was cancelled. I was heading up to Aberdeen anyway so I decided to make use of the time and do a 5000m row while I was there. This rowing machine test highlights one of my biggest weaknesses, my cardiovascular endurance. It is great to be able to test myself and now know where I stand. I will use this rowing machine test as a benchmark for the next test as-well as a target for upcoming workouts. I hope you enjoy!
