a 30-minute pilates class designed to make you feel energised and ready for the day ahead or to end your day with feeling good! Low-impact movements to help with flexibility, strength, and mobility. For more of a challenge, adding some ankle weights and/or arm weights is a great idea (i suggest 0.5kg-1kg each).
