Reading and writing from multiple disks is much faster that having all your media on one drive. Multiple drives are a must for pro audio and pro video.

I will be using Windows 10, but the process is the same for other versions of Windows.

Installing another SSD is simple. Mount the drive in your case. Plug in the sata power and sata cable. Format the drive. Use QUICK FORMAT when formatting a SSD. And, that's it!
