Since Rockstar has apparently removed the helicopter spawn point in "The Pacific Job", here's an alternate method on how to achieve the Mastermind Challenge and the Elite Challenge in the last heist.

This video shows how to complete the GTA Online Heist (Setup missions and Finale) with the maximum payout, by completing also the Elite Challenge and aiming for the Criminal Mastermind Challenge.
