Today I’m walking you through a full upper body workout at Planet Fitness! Grab a water bottle and come join me!
This is beginner friendly. My goal is to help you understand how to use the machines and how to train your muscles properly. I want to point out that with proper nutrition, this workout can help you gain muscle and lose fat.
*Exercises shown in video:
1.) Assisted Pull ups - 3X8-10
2.) Lat Pulldown - 3X12
3.) Bicep Curls - 3X12
4.) Shoulder Press - 3X12
5.) Alternating Front Shoulder Raises -3X20
6.) Chest Press - 3X12
7.) Tricep Dips - 3X12-15
For muscle growth and strengthening, make sure to slightly go up in weight each rep. (Without losing your form on the exercise.) Also, if you ever feel a sharp pain or any pain at all during the exercise, stop immediately. You might just need to adjust the weight and check your form.
