CAT II ILS Approach Rwy 16 Thessaloniki LGTS-SKG, Airbus A319, manual landing at minimum conditions

CAT II ILS Approach Runway 16 Thessaloniki LGTS-SKG.
Minimum weather conditions for this approach are 450m RVR and decision height 162ft radio altimeter (Cat. C aircraft).
In our case we got 500m RVR, had the approach lights in sight at approx. 180ft above ground and performed a manual landing with our Airbus A319.
5 seconds later and we would have had to perform a missed approach.
