This video was shot on December 14, 2025. Shots were done across four crossings from Clewiston all the way down to Miami Canal and back.
U.S. Sugar #148, a former Florida East Coast (FEC) 4-6-2 Pacific is heading the train. We will see both forwards and reverse moves of the train.
Today, #148 carries the Hancock 3 Chime, the original whistle used on Norfolk & Western #611; owned by Preston Claytor.
The horn on #6325 is a Leslie RS3L with the highest chamber fowled and squealing.
The #6322 pulling the Cane Train freight has a Nathan P3. Unsure if it's old cast or new cast.
Normally the train is called the Sugar Express, but for the Holidays, the train has been dubbed the Santa Express.
