In this interview, Flore S. Head of International Sales at AXA Group Pension & Savings, tells us about her notion of progress through the culture of trust and support within AXA.

What is her daily routine like? ☀️
The thing that motivates Flore every day is that her days are never the same. She had the opportunity to travel a lot in Europe. Even so, she manages to combine this rhythm between her professional and personal life. She has found this balance thanks to the support of her managers, who have helped her to learn by obtaining international certification. It is this confidence that allows her to be so committed to her work today.
