Across the U.S., more than a thousand flights have been canceled or delayed as a result of winter weather. While conditions were calmer at Phoenix Sky Harbor, the airport still had nearly 200 delayed flights, as well as 22 cancellations.
Per reports, More than 240 million people across more than 40 states are in the path of a potentially historic winter storm that's expected to extend over 2,300 miles and deliver crippling snow and ice. FOX 10's Brian Webb has more.
