No Contact is scary and challenging enough when you're trying to win your ex back after a painful heartbreak. Finding the strength and self control to stop "fighting to save the relationship" is difficult enough when you're trying to make it through the first 30 days, or 45 days, or even 60 or 90 days. What happens when you've been able to maintain distance and stopped begging and pleading to get another chance with the person you love but No Contact doesn't seem to be working? Is it over? How long should you wait? Is it having any impact at all - and how long should you wait before reaching out? Are there just some situations and relationships that even no contact doesn't work and how do you know if you're situation is one that just needs a little more time or if you've already wasted enough time just holding on to something that isn't going to happen. Coach Ken describes some of the different specific situations that can be more challenging when you're doing no contact, but it feels like it isn't working for you.
