This documentary showcases the outcomes of a Community Organizing and Training initiative, utilizing a manual developed by the Consortium for Re-Imagining Humanitarian Action (CRHA). Implemented over a six-month period in 2023 in South Ethiopia, the project successfully demonstrated its effectiveness in engaging women and youth in decision-making processes and mitigating drought-related conflicts, which have been exacerbated by climate change.
