Professional Cookery mini tour with Willie Balfour

Chef lecturer Willie Balfour takes you on a mini tour of the Professional Cookery facilities at SRUC Elmwood Campus including the training restaurant, training kitchens, bistro and bakery. Willie also talks about steps the department have taken to alter the learning environment in preparation for students returning in September.
